King Arthur - in which Claire the Reporter joins the pantomime

Claire Ferris-Lay, a reporter at the Walden Local in Saffron Walden wanted to join in the fun of the annual pantomime at Ashdon, Essex. She was given a part as Smoulder the Dragon and in addition she joined in the choruses when she was able to escape from the costume. She enjoyed it so much she returned the following year - as a dog in Babes in the Wood.
